Service terms, bookings, payments, and practical limitations.

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Rectify Repair & Refinish (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the information and images supplied. Final pricing may change if the damage differs from what was described or if additional work is required. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Bookings

Bookings may be arranged either as a mobile repair appointment or as a workshop booking, depending on the type and extent of the damage. Workshop visits are by appointment only.

Customer Responsibilities

  • For mobile repairs, provide safe access, adequate working space and access to electricity via an extension lead.
  • For workshop repairs, ensure the vehicle is delivered at the agreed appointment time unless otherwise arranged.
  • Ensure the vehicle is reasonably clean in the repair area where possible.
  • Inform us of any prior repairs, resprays, or known issues that may affect the job.

Weather & Working Conditions

As a mobile service, some repairs may be affected by weather or unsuitable conditions. In those circumstances we may reschedule or recommend a workshop booking to ensure a safe and high-quality result.

Insurance Work

We carry out private repair work only and do not administer insurance claims or insurer-authorised repairs.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods may include bank transfer or other options discussed at the time of booking.

Quality & Limitations

SMART repairs are cosmetic in nature and are intended to significantly improve the appearance of a vehicle. While we aim for a near-invisible finish where achievable, results may vary depending on the location and severity of the damage, paint type/colour, panel condition, and previous repairs.

Liability

We will take reasonable care to deliver services professionally. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, wear, corrosion, or previous poor repairs that become visible during or after work. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be legally limited.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations may result in a charge where time and travel have been committed (we will always be fair and transparent).
